Julie Vornholt is a local mural artist known for creating lush, nature-driven compositions built entirely freehand. Her work blends organic forms with graphic elements, bringing a sense of movement and growth to every surface she paints. Originally from Danville, her connection to the community continues to shape her work across the United States. Currently residing in Madison, WI.

Meet Nick
Nick Abstract is a local Indiana artist specializing in bold geometric work that transforms spaces through color, structure, and scale. His approach is shaped by a unique perspective on color as a color-blind artist, resulting in striking and unconventional compositions. Originally from the far east side of Indianapolis, he now is proud to be part of the Danville community. Nick also helped curate the first ever Indy Mural Fest in 2019 which brought over 50 public art installations to Indianapolis.

The Vornholts
Having moved to Hendricks County in 1998 Jerry and Ginny Vornholt have raised a family and built their careers here. Over those years they have volunteered and been a part of numerous nonprofits in Hendricks County.
They have raised money and helped with many fundraisers, galas, and celebrations with a focus on theater and the arts. They are excited to be involved with the new Merge Mural Fest Danville and look forward to meeting new artists and the artwork they bring to Hendricks County.
